How to use

1. Upload an image

   Select the image you want to scramble or descramble. All processing happens in your browser and images are never uploaded to a server.

2. Set password and grid size

   Enter any password and adjust the grid size. You'll need the same password and grid size to restore the image later.

3. Select mode

   Choose 'Scramble' mode to encrypt the image or 'Descramble' mode to restore a scrambled image.

4. Save result

   Review the preview and click 'Download Image' to save the processed image in PNG format.

Scope of the result

One image file at a time, up to 50 MiB, and only MIME types beginning with image/. The grid runs from 2 to 50 tiles per side and output is always PNG. Restoring needs both the password and the same tile count; get either one wrong and the image cannot be recovered. Shuffling works at tile granularity, so treat this as visual obfuscation rather than encryption. Files are not uploaded.
